The Stanford Mansion, Sacramento

The Stanford Mansion in Sacramento was the site for a reception honoring the Consul Generals to the State of California.  The event, hosted by Charlotte Schultz, Chief of Protocol for the state, was attended by Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger, his wife Maria Shriver and foreign dignitaries from 110 countries.  As guests walked into the mansion's main entrance, they were greeted and welcomed by former California Governor Leland Stanford and his wife Jane.   Stanford, one of the 'Big Four', joined his railroad business partners Charles Crocker, Mark Hopkins and Collis Huntington as they mingled with guests in the garden.

The California History Museum, Sacramento

The BCG added color to a western themed reception for tour operators from around the state.  The area's rich historical heritage and unique attractions were showcased to promote Sacramento as a featured travel destination.  Gang members mingled with guests at a saloon bar,  jail (complete with a shotgun-toting Sheriff), gold rush era gambling games and layouts and a gold panning demonstration.   Later, a bar room disagreement led guests outside to witness a gunfight in the streets.

Lincoln Continental Car Enthusiasts' Convention, Sacramento

Gang members entertained Lincoln Continental car enthusiasts from around the country at their annual member meeting and dinner, featuring a western themed barbecue.

Fundaraising Events and Banquets

The Gang participates in fundraising events of all types.  BCG Members help support the sale of raffle tickets, mingle with and entertain guests, distribute literature, guide guests to designated areas and much more.  Ask how the Gang's 'Jail & Bail' can help your organization's fundraiser.

Black Bart Hold-Up Days

The BCG were invited guest performers at the Black Bart Hold-Up Days celebration in Sutter Creek, CA.  Streets were blocked to motorized traffic while onlookers were entertained with reenactments and shootouts.
